Shipping

Orders are dispatched direct from either the manufacturer(s) or Legal Highs HQ within 24 hours of placing your order Monday–Friday, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed on weekends are processed and dispatched the following shipping day.

International Shipping Fees Apply. Multiple shipping charges apply as the orders are despatched directly from each manufacturer. Our standard shipping rate is NZD $15 per manufacturer.  However, if you purchase a total of 10 products or more from different manufacturers you still apply for FREE shipping.

Expected delivery times:

If you order 10 products or more (party packs contain more than one product) you will receive FREE shipping, no matter who the manufacturers of the products are.

Disputes / Refunds

Due to the nature of the product we can't offer refunds for products, however, if your package does not reach you, please contact us so we can offer a resolution. You satisfaction is important to LHHQ.

London underground products are sent via normal postage therefor can take longer during peak periods, ie: Chistmas time and other bank holidays.  All Enjoy products can be sent track and trace.

Whilst all care is taken Distribution HQ, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to any product.  

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any goods seized by Customs is at the risk of the purchaser.

Billing

Currently we only accept VISA or Mastercard.  Please note that on your credit card statement you will be billed by Distributions HQ Limited. To avoid confusion and possible charge-backs please keep this in mind.
